Preheat the oven: Set to 200°C (390°F).
Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine meat, oil, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and herbs. Mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Layer the Shashlik Pot: In a large ovenproof dish, layer onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Place the marinated meat on top and drizzle with any remaining marinade.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the meat is tender. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to get a lightly roasted top.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, potatoes, or fresh bread.
