Quick Veggie and Ham Skillet Bake

Prepare the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper, and milk until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients: Stir in the flour gradually to form a light batter. Mix in the shredded cheese.

Cook the onion and ham: Heat a little oil in a skillet, add the onion, and sauté until softened. Add the diced ham and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Combine: Pour the batter into the skillet with the ham and onion, spreading evenly.

Cook and set: Cover and cook on low heat for about 10–12 minutes until firm and golden on the bottom.

Finish: Flip gently or transfer under a hot oven grill for a few minutes to brown the top.
