For the Strawberry Jam Filling:
200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen, chopped)
50 g sugar
50 ml water
1 tbsp cornstarch + 30 ml water (for slurry)
For the Vanilla Sponge Cake:
5 eggs (room temperature)
1/3 tsp salt
10 g vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
140 g sugar
