Break open the mature coconuts and collect the coconut water separately.
Remove the white flesh from the shell using a knife or coconut scraper.
Rinse the flesh to remove any brown skin.
Grate or chop the flesh into small pieces for easier blending.
Step 2: Blend into Coconut Milk
Place the grated coconut flesh in a blender.
Add warm water (about 2 cups per coconut) and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or muslin cloth into a bowl, squeezing out all the liquid.
This liquid is fresh coconut milk.
Step 3: Extract Coconut Cream
