Prepare the Crust – Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the base of a 20 cm (8-inch) springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream if using.
Assemble the Cheesecake – Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
Add Topping – Just before serving, decorate with fresh berries, fruit compote, or chocolate shavings if desired.
