Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Gradually add warm water and knead until you form a smooth, elastic dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20–30 minutes to relax the gluten.

Step 2: Roll and Assemble

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll each portion into a thin, round sheet on a floured surface.

Brush the surface lightly with melted butter.

If desired, sprinkle or layer cheese for a savory filling.
