Grate the glycerin soap bars and place them in a frying pan or double boiler. Heat gently until the soap melts completely.
Add the water, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and slowly add the alcohol while stirring carefully.
Transfer the mixture into plastic molds or jars.
Allow the soap to set for about 6 hours, or until firm.
