Mix Spices and Nuts:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and brown sugar. Stir well.
Coat Nuts:
Add mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Bake:
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning.
Cool and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool completely before serving. They will crisp up as they cool.
