Sour Cream Chicken: Creamy, Comforting, and Easy to Make

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken on both sides until golden (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

Cook Aromatics:
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.

Make the Sauce:
Stir in flour (if using) and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Add Sour Cream and Herbs:
