250 ml water

50 g unsalted butter

½ tsp salt

100 g all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

¼ tsp black pepper

For the whipped feta dip:

150 g feta cheese, crumbled

100 g cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp olive oil
