Prepare the Spread

Assemble Tortillas
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Add Fillings
Layer deli meats or veggies evenly over the cream cheese spread.
Roll and Chill
Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice and Serve
Remove plastic wrap, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, and arrange on a platter.
