Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
Add fresh drumstick leaves and water.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are soft but not overcooked.
If using, add a pinch of turmeric and mix well.
Remove from heat.
