Homemade Peanut Butter: Fresh, Creamy, and Simple to Make

If using raw peanuts, roast them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let cool.

Process Peanuts:
Place peanuts and salt into a food processor. Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add Oil and Sweetener:
Once the peanuts start to form a crumbly paste, add oil and honey (if using). Continue blending until smooth and creamy, about 3–5 minutes.

Adjust Texture:
If too thick, add a little more oil. For crunchier peanut butter, reserve some chopped peanuts and stir in at the end.

Store:
Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate. Use within 2–3 weeks.
