Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the light butter. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
Coat Shrimp:
Place the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat evenly.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Avoid overcooking to keep them tender.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Great with steamed veggies, salad, or whole-grain rice.
