Decadent Chocolate Mocha Dusted Almonds

Roast the Almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread almonds evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Remove and let cool.

Prepare the Coating
In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, powdered sugar, and salt.

Coat the Almonds
Add melted coconut oil (or butter) and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir to form a thick paste. Toss the cooled almonds in the mixture until evenly coated.

Set and Serve
Spread coated almonds on parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge until the coating firms up.
