How to Make:
Prepare the Choux Pastry:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine butter and water. Heat over medium until butter melts and mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and immediately add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Return the pan to low heat and stir for 1-2 minutes to dry out the dough slightly.
Transfer dough to a mixing bowl. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla extract. Then beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.
