Grind the Eggshells:
Using a coffee grinder or blender, grind the dried shells into a fine powder resembling flour.
Make the Toothpaste Paste:
Mix 1 teaspoon of eggshell powder with a few drops of coconut or olive oil until you get a smooth, spreadable paste.
Brush Gently:
Using a soft toothbrush, apply the paste to your teeth. Brush in small circular motions for about one minute.
Rinse Thoroughly:
Rinse your mouth well with warm water to remove all residue.
