Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Steam or blanch the broccoli for 3–4 minutes, just until slightly tender. Drain well and place in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and milk until smooth.
Add the dried garlic, salt, and paprika. Mix well to create a seasoned custard-like base.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the broccoli in the dish, gently pressing the florets down so they're mostly covered.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
