In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Stir in the yeast and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

Mix the Dough:
Add the flour to the yeast mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to stir until a sticky, shaggy dough forms. No kneading required.

First Rest (Rise):
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Dough:
After the first rise, gently deflate the dough. Transfer it to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf or divide it into rolls, depending on your preference.

Second Rest:
Place the shaped dough in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking tray. Cover and let it rise again for about 25 minutes, until slightly puffy.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the bread to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
