Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
Add the warm mashed potatoes, fresh dill, black pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese evenly throughout the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
