Raspberry Colada Twist

Prepare the Ingredients:
Rinse fresh raspberries or allow frozen raspberries to thaw slightly.

Blend the Mixture:
In a blender, combine raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Sweetness:
Taste the mixture and add more honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again to combine.

Add Ice:
Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until the drink is frosty and well combined.

Serve:
Pour into chilled glasses.

Garnish:
Top each glass with fresh raspberries, a pineapple slice, and a sprig of mint if desired.
