Pork Chop Supreme with Creamy Onion Mushroom Sauce

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer Potatoes:
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes evenly in the bottom.

Add Pork Chops:
Season the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper, then place them over the potatoes.

Mix Soup and Onion Mix:
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with the onion soup mix. If you prefer a thinner sauce, stir in 1/2 cup of milk or water.

Pour Sauce:
Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.

Cover and Bake:
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the pork chops are tender and the top is lightly golden.

Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
