How to Make Soursop Leaf Tea: A Natural Wellness Brew

Prepare the Leaves:
Rinse the fresh soursop leaves thoroughly under running water. If using dried leaves, lightly crush them to release flavor.

Boil Water:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

Add Leaves:
Once boiling, add the soursop leaves to the water.

Simmer:
Reduce heat to low and let the leaves simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Strain:
Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups to remove the leaves.

Serve:
Add honey or lemon if desired and enjoy warm.
