Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine mango chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, honey or maple syrup, and cardamom powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Glass:
Drizzle mango puree or syrup around the inside of the glass to create a decorative dripping effect.
Pour and Top:
Pour the mango-coconut shake into the prepared glass. Gently add 2–3 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.
Garnish:
Drizzle more mango puree over the ice cream. Sprinkle shredded coconut or coconut flakes and add fresh mango slices for a vibrant finish.
Serve:
Add crushed ice if desired and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
