Spicy Chipotle Honey Salmon Bowls: Bold, Sweet, and Satisfying

Prep the Salmon:

Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Make the Glaze:

In a bowl, mix honey, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, and smoked paprika.

Cook the Salmon:

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes until crispy. Flip and brush with chipotle honey glaze.

Cook another 2–3 minutes, spooning more glaze over the top as it caramelizes. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Bowls:

Start with a bed of rice. Top with glazed salmon, avocado, corn, black beans, red onion, and cilantro.

Drizzle extra glaze or a squeeze of lime on top.
