Cheesy Baked Spaghetti Pie: A Fun Twist on Pasta Night

Boil the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, then mix with butter, Parmesan, and beaten egg.

Form the Crust:

Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish, pushing up the sides to form a crust. Set aside.

Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, mix ricotta (or cottage cheese) with egg, salt, and pepper. Spread this over the spaghetti crust.

Make the Meat Sauce:

Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.

Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, then spread over the cheese layer.

Add Cheese and Bake:

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Cool and Serve:

Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
