Ingredients:
500 g chicken mince (preferably thigh, finely ground)
1 medium onion, finely grated and squeezed to remove moisture
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp cumin powder
1½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tbsp besan (gram flour), roasted
Salt, to taste
