Ginger Tea

Boil 1 cup of water.

Add 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.

Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Strain and drink once or twice daily.

Turmeric Tea

Add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper to 1 cup of hot water.

Stir well.

Add honey if desired.

Sip warm, once daily.

Green Tea

Steep 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose green tea in hot water (not boiling) for 3–5 minutes.

Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.

Enjoy up to 2 cups daily.

Hibiscus Tea

Steep 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus petals (or 1 tea bag) in boiling water for 5–7 minutes.

Strain and sweeten if preferred.

Drink 1–2 times a day.
