Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove any impurities.
Place the rice in a clean bowl and add 2 cups of water.
Let the rice soak for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After soaking, strain the rice water into a clean container.
(Optional) You can boil the soaked rice water for 5 minutes and let it cool for a more concentrated version.
Store the rice water in the refrigerator for up to one week.
How to Use:
Wash your face with your regular cleanser and pat dry.
Apply rice water to your face using a cotton pad or spritz it directly with a spray bottle.
Let it air dry or gently pat into the skin.
Use daily, preferably before bedtime, for best results.
