Easy Fall Off the Bone Oven-Baked Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender results.

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and chili powder.

Rub the olive oil all over the ribs, then generously coat both sides with the spice mixture.

Wrap each rack tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat starts pulling away from the bone.

Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush barbecue sauce evenly on both sides.

Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).

Return ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve.
