A Gentle Sip of Tradition: Bay Leaf and Clove Tea

In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add the bay leaves and cloves (and ginger, if using).

Reduce heat and let it simmer gently for about 7–10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for another 2 minutes.

Strain the tea into a cup.

Add a touch of honey, if desired, and sip slowly.
