Simple and Delicious Mozzarella Bread Anyone Can Make

In a large bowl, combine warm water, warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.

Add salt, oil, and about half of the flour. Mix well to combine.

Gradually add the remaining flour, kneading until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms (about 8–10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes with a mixer).

Fold in the mozzarella cheese evenly into the dough.

Cover the dough with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Shape the dough into a loaf or round shape and place it on a greased baking tray or loaf pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from oven and cool slightly before slicing.
