Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet — A Simple One-Pan Delight

Wash and halve the small potatoes if they are larger than bite-sized.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.

Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add butter and garlic to the other side. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the steak bites to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side or until the steak reaches your preferred doneness. Stir the garlic butter over the steak as it cooks to infuse flavor.

Mix the potatoes and steak together to coat everything evenly with garlic butter. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
