Warm and Nostalgic Cinnamon Donut Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the two large eggs until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the eggs, mixing gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
