In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, black pepper, paprika, and garlic salt until evenly mixed.

Prepare Chicken:
Pat your chicken pieces dry with paper towels to help the batter stick better.

Coat Chicken:
Dredge each piece of chicken thoroughly in the batter mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres well.

Fry Chicken:
