Jerk Shrimp Fettuccine

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Toss shrimp with jerk seasoning in a bowl to coat evenly.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink and curled. Remove shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened and fragrant.

Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir gently to combine.

Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta well with sauce.

Return shrimp to the skillet and warm through for 1–2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
