With just 1 liter of milk, 1 yogurt, and ½ a lemon, you can make delicious fresh homemade cheese in a few easy steps!
Ingredients:
1 liter whole milk (preferably raw or unpasteurized for best results)
1 plain unsweetened yogurt (about 150 g)
Juice of ½ lemon (or 2 tablespoons white vinegar)
Salt (to taste)
1 clean cotton cloth or cheesecloth
