In a food processor or blender, pulse the almonds, peanuts, and cashews until they resemble coarse flour.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the milk.
Add the ground nuts, flax seeds, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Grease a large microwave-safe jar or mug with a little oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the jar, filling it no more than halfway to allow room for rising.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power. The bread should be firm and spring back when touched.
Let it cool slightly before slicing or enjoying straight from the jar.
