Herb Marinated Grilled Shrimp

1️⃣ Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, cilantro, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Marinate the Shrimp:
Add the shrimp to the marinade bowl. Toss to coat all shrimp evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

3️⃣ Preheat the Grill:
Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent shrimp from sticking.

4️⃣ Grill the Shrimp:
Place the shrimp on the hot grill. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and develop slight char marks.
