3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
