Cheesy Chicken and Bacon-Stuffed Bread Loaf

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the bread lengthwise into top and bottom halves. Hollow out the insides, leaving about a 1-inch border all around.

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out bread halves, pressing gently to pack it in.

Brush the tops with olive oil for a crispy finish.

Place bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
