Cheese and Ham Puff Pastry Sticks

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Pastry:
Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into strips about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.

Add Filling:
Place a slice of ham on each strip, then sprinkle grated cheese over the ham.

Roll or Fold:
You can roll each strip gently or fold over the filling and press edges to seal.

Brush with Egg:
Brush the top of each stick with beaten egg for a golden, shiny finish.

Bake:
Place sticks on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Cool & Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Perfect for snacks or parties!
