Broiled Scallops

Preheat your broiler to high.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Place the scallops on a broiler-safe pan or baking dish in a single layer.

Brush the scallops generously with the butter mixture.
