Apple Oatmeal Bake with Dark Chocolate Drizzle

Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking dish.

Prepare Apples: Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Toss with lemon juice and zest to prevent browning.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, dried cranberries, and coconut sugar (if using).

Add Wet Ingredients: Beat the eggs and milk together. Stir into the dry ingredients along with the chopped apples. Mix well to combine.

Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden and set.

Add Chocolate Drizzle: Once slightly cooled, drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top. Let it set before serving.
