Ingredients (serves 4-6)
2 medium apples (about 10.5 oz / 300 g), peeled and chopped
2 cups rolled oats (about 7.8 oz / 220 g)
Juice and zest of 1/3 lemon
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup dried cranberries (about 2.8 oz / 80 g)
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 1/4 cup coconut sugar (about 1.8 oz / 50 g)
1/2 cup coconut flour (about 2.1 oz / 60 g)
1–2 tbsp milk (about 1 fl oz / 20–30 ml)
1.8 oz (50 g) dark chocolate without sugar, melted (for drizzle)
