The Best Morning & After-Dinner Tea: Garlic, Turmeric, Onion, Ginger, Cinnamon & Guava Leaf

In a saucepan, combine garlic, turmeric, onion, ginger, cinnamon stick, and guava leaves with 4 cups of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.

Strain the tea into cups.

Add honey or lemon if desired, and stir well.

Serve warm and enjoy!
