Refreshing Cucumber, Ginger & Mint Detox Water

In a large jug or bowl, combine cucumber slices, sliced ginger, and mint leaves.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture.

Pour in 1 liter of cold water and stir well.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.

Serve cold with extra mint or lemon slices if desired.
