Perfect Pineapple, Turmeric, Carrot & Lemon Juice

Prepare Ingredients:
Wash all fresh produce thoroughly. Peel carrots and turmeric root (if using fresh). Cut pineapple into chunks.

Juice or Blend:

Juicer: Put pineapple, carrots, turmeric root, and lemon juice through a juicer.

Blender: Add pineapple, carrots, turmeric, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.

Add Sweetener and Black Pepper:
Stir in honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness. Add a pinch of black pepper to boost the absorption of turmeric’s active compound curcumin.

Serve:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients. You can add ice if you like it chilled.

Tips:
Use fresh turmeric for the best flavor and health benefits, but turmeric powder works well too.

Drink within 24 hours to preserve nutrients and flavor.
