Lightly crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife—just enough to release their natural oils.
Add the garlic cloves and whole cloves into the glass jar.
Pour honey over the ingredients until completely covered. Use a spoon to gently press the garlic down and remove air bubbles.
Close the jar tightly and let it infuse at room temperature for 5–7 days, stirring gently once a day with a clean utensil.
After the infusion period, store in a cool, dark place. The longer it sits, the more potent the mixture becomes.
