Grilled Steak with Sautéed Onions and Cheesy Broccoli Delight

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust time for your preferred doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F for medium-rare).

Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Sauté the Onions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until soft and golden.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional balsamic vinegar. Set aside.

Prepare the Cheesy Broccoli:

Steam or boil broccoli until tender, about 5–7 minutes.

Drain and return to the pot. Add milk or cream, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper.

Stir gently over low heat until cheese melts and the broccoli is evenly coated.

Assemble the Dish:

Plate the grilled steak and spoon sautéed onions over the top.

Serve with a side of cheesy broccoli.
